☆ We accept no responsibility for any damage, faults or issues that occur during the item(s) transport. That liability lies with you as the sender or the courier/carrier service ☆
• Step one - remove all wires, cables, USB sticks and discs games from your device(s), Unless those are also suspected to be faulty in which case you can include them in the packaging.
• Step two - Pack your device(s) up into a sturdy box as close to its original size as is possible leaving enough room for padding to keep it safe and secure during transit. The same packaging will be used when returning your device(s) so you are welcome to add fragile tape, warnings, extra reinforcement to the box or extra insurance with your chosen courier/carrier to ensure its safe and successful delivery.
• Step 3 - Make sure you have a note inside the parcel containing details Including:
◇ Full name
◇Return address
◇Contact telephone number
◇ Issue Statement
The statement should contain the issue(s) the device has, how they started e.g. dropped, liquid damage, power cut or accidental knock & also if any steps have been taken to repair it before getting in contact with us if any, such as any D.I.Y attempts to repair or consulted another tech repair company/business. If any additional damage is found, out with the statements declared issue(s), you would be contacted, notified and revised repair cost discussed before (when possible) any work/repair is carried out to complete repair successfully.
• Step 4 - Bring your parcel to your local Post Office and select your chosen delivery method. Alternatively you can select any number of courier delivery services but most common is 2nd class recorded with Royal Mail which depending on the parcels size dimensions and weight could anywhere around £4 - £15 to send depending on where you live, level of cover and how fast you want them sent into us. Royal Mail seems to be the most cost convenient & effective method of delivery as well as the most popular.

• Step 5 - Send us the tracking number of the parcel found on your receipt or a picture of it so we can both follow its progress until delivery.
We aim to complete your repair within 24/48 hours of receiving it. This can depend on whether the parts are in stock and the current repair schedule permits it and having it sent back to you same day if repair is completed for 3pm.
