"Had issues with my PS5 HDMI port. Jamie was able to get it repaired within two days. Not only that, but the service and price point is unbeatable. After opting for the service too, my PS5 is actually running fast and smoother than before (for context, I was able to push Oblivion Remake onto the ‘Quality’ setting with no issues, whereas before it was dropping frame-rate too low to play). 10/10 recommendation!"

As a gamer myself, I know first hand how daunting and dangerous leaving your devices with the wrong people can be. In the wrong hands these issues, which can be initially simple and straight forward could quickly become a nightmare and not knowing the repair and skill level of some of these technicians experience, equipment quality, repair methods and even their motives can be very tough especially since their are so many options available to choose from either locally or online. We aim for total transparency, clarity and fully explain (in detail if need be) the issues, options, resolutions and costs to make customers as informed and at ease as is possible to ensure they know they and their devices are in good hands.
We can also provide step by step pictures of the process to help you understand the work involved and explain the issues and how to avoid them in future.

When we take on repairs, we do it on the understanding that not all issues have solutions. The companies that make these devices do not release information to repairers or the general public so the knowledge and experience gained in this field is very much a continuing learning process for most of us. We repair thousands of these devices every year and our experience and thirst for knowledge to continue to keeps us at the top of our game is what drives us to always look for newer, better and more efficient ways to help complete these repairs and improve the experience for customers. New methods for repairs are always being developed by us and other leading repair centers around the world so that more complex repairs that currently have no resolutions can be repaired as we progress. With a great success rate we try to keep these standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer service as high as is possible ensuring customers get the service they want and deserve and hopefully during this process create trust so they can return in the future with any other issues and devices they my have.
